融合器的調橫是有很多優勢的，本期不是討論優勢，是討論如何獲取完美橫置而不至於引起症狀.

理想橫置如圖

同側未錘擊到位如圖

同側未錘擊到位的話，錘擊器鏡下抵到融合器，側位上位於淺表的mark 如圖

同側錘入過深，對側翹起來，可能引起對側症狀如圖

一個真實病例如下

paraspinal ExTLIF置入兩枚橫置融合器後，過於自信，未透視側位

完成經皮釘後發現融合器靠後

錘入器同側抵到融合器拍攝側位，確定融合器對側翹起，需要調整

原入路進入鏡子，向內側擴大空間，放入錘擊器到融合器中部和對側錘擊調整後

修改頭像
